Bladerdeeg Twisters met Peren, Gedroogde Vijgen en Pijnboompitten Confituur

Puff pastry Twisters with Pears, Dried Figs and Pine Nut Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of fresh puff pastry
  • Callas Confiture Pears with Figs and Pine Nuts

Preparation

1. Cut the puff pastry into strips 2 cm wide and 15 cm long.

2. Brush each strip with a teaspoon of jam.

3. Twist each strip around its own axis to form a twisted strip with jam inside.

4. Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, or until they are golden brown.

5. Allow the twisters to cool completely and serve them upright in a glass or on a serving dish.
