Bosbessen-Limoen Ice Pops

Blueberries & Lime Ice Pops

Ingredients

For 6 servings

  • 1 jar 218g Bosbessen-Limoen Callas Confiture
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cup fresh (or frozen) blueberries
Necessary
ice-pop molds

Preparation

1. Pureé the Callas Confiture, the coconut water, lime juice and salt together in a blender until smooth.

2. Add blueberries and pulse just to break up some of the berries.
Pour into ice-pop molds, insert sticks and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.

3. Run under hot water for several seconds to unmold.
