Forest Berries with Violet – Gin cocktail

Ingredients

  • 25ml Beefeater Gin
  • 25ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
  • Callas Confiture Forest Berries à la Violette

Preparation

1. Fill an on-the-rocks glas with ice cubes.

2. Put the gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice in the shaker en shake well.  Then pour into the glass over the ice cubes.

3. Place a nice spoonful of the Forest Berries à la Violette jam on top.
Ready to stir.
